Robert Godlewski is a New York City native, with real estate roots. Having grown up in a family involved in commercial and residential real estate allowed him the opportunity to gain meaningful experience in all aspects of buying, selling, leasing and managing real estate from an early age. Robert was raised and continues to live in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. As a result, he has developed great relationships with landlords throughout the borough -- especially in Greenpoint, Bushwick, Ridgewood and, of course, Williamsburg. Robert is particularly knowledgeable about issues related to rent stabilization and has a great deal of experience advising clients accordingly. Most recently, Robert participated in several construction projects which exposed him to working with architects and contractors, as well as dealing with various city agencies, most notably the Department of Buildings. Robert’s goal is to deliver results and make him the point of contact for all your real estate needs and his lifelong area residency, contacts, dedication and enthusiasm insure satisfied repeat clients and referrals.
Additionally, Robert attended New York University, is fluent in English and Polish, and enjoys getting out of the city and riding his bike. One of his favorite places is the North Fork of Long Island.
