Robert Esposito

Licensed Salesperson

For over five years, Robert has helped clients find their perfect home in New York City. After graduating from Fordham University with a B.A. in Economics and a B.S. in Psychology, Robert sharpened his research and marketing skills at Ipsos, a top 5 global market research firm. Soon after, he made the switch to real estate and quickly became a top producer at the boutique firm, Anchor NYC. Seeing great opportunity in their rapid growth, dynamic marketing, and fearless approach, he joined Bold New York in 2016. Since then, Robert has represented a multitude of landlords, renters, sellers, and buyers. He has managed the leasing and marketing of large rental buildings with over 400 units, down to the individual representation of a single studio. In every scenario, Robert brings a high level of attention to detail, an aggressive marketing approach, and tested ethics. Brokerage is a lifestyle for Robert, who finds great meaning in the creative process of improving a client's experience and financial investment. A native New Yorker, Robert volunteers as council member of Jericho Project for the Homeless, the Bowery Mission, and as a resource for LGBT youths. Otherwise, you will find Robert in downward dog practicing yoga, with his nose in a biography or psychology journal, decorating apartments, or testing out a new recipe for the next episode of his own imaginary cooking show.
